Adam Foster

Adam Foster is a business lawyer, mediator and arbitrator with Hoban & Feola LLC in Denver, Colorado.  He has been advising cannabis entrepreneurs since Colorado enacted comprehensive medical cannabis regulations in 2010 and he has been at the cutting edge of the Colorado recreational cannabis industry and national industrial hemp and CBD industries.  Mr. Foster has litigated several dozen cannabis business disputes and successfully tried numerous cannabusiness cases to verdict.  He has also closed hundreds of business deals involving cannabis and industrial hemp.  He is the co-chair of the Colorado Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and a fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation.
