During this course, family law attorney Daniel Riley will provide a general overview of the process of legally changing one’s name. Mr. Riley will be joined by Sean Smith, a probate litigation attorney, and they will discuss experiences with name-change clinics and lessons learned. You will also have an opportunity to hear from Ms. Madelyn Thomas who actually went through the experience. She will share her story so you can better answer the question, “what’s in a name?”
