Natalia Polukhtin, attorney at Global Practice (Scottsdale, AZ), specializes in business and investment immigrant and non-immigrant visa categories. Ms. Monika Sud-Devaraj received her JD degree in 1992 from the University of Arizona, College of Law in Tucson, Arizona. She obtained her BS/BA degree from the University of Arizona in 1989 with Honors. Ms. Sud-Devaraj was born in New Delhi, India, but has spent most of her entire life in the United States. She is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Sud-Devaraj started work with the law firm of Marshall G. Whitehead, P.C. in June 2002 bringing 13 years of immigration law experience with her from the United States Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service. Specifically, prior to 2002 for a period of 10 years, Ms. Sud-Devaraj was a formal federal immigration prosecutor with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. In 1994, Ms. Sud-Devaraj received the INS’ Commissioner’s Attorney of the Year Award for her efforts while at the Eloy Detention Center. She has also been an adjunct professor with Summit Law School as well as a Special Master for the federal courts in the CSS/Newman Class Action. Ms. Sud-Devaraj took over the firm of Marshall Whitehead in September 2008 upon his retirement and the Law Offices of Monika Sud-Devaraj was formed.
