Description

This is a "must attend" one hour seminar for any Administrative Law attorney practicing before the Office of Administrative Hearings, Agencies, Commissions and/or Boards and who may ultimately file and argue pleadings in the Lower Court of Appeals.  The Honorable Joseph Mikitish will address the dos and don'ts of practice in this court, what is expected in written pleadings and at oral arguments, and any questions you have.
