Description
This CLE program will provide an overview of the relevant caselaw regarding university restrictions on students' religious and political speech through use of speech codes and free-speech zones on campus. The presenter will provide a discussion of current issues regarding this topic, as well as the principal legal arguments made in support of, and against, such restrictions.
