Craig Henley is a motivated, personable lawyer with thirty (30) years of trial experience in a variety of forum including, but not limited to, local, state and federal courts in the states of Arizona, Louisiana, Texas and Ohio. Craig is licensed in both the State of Arizona and State of Louisiana (inactive) but has practiced exclusively as Senior Bar Counsel with the State Bar of Arizona for the last eleven (11) years. He has previously served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Louisiana 16th Judicial District Attorney's Office and practiced law with various sized law firms in the State of Arizona. Craig was a partner at the Law Offices of Henley & Hicks and solo practitioner at the Law Office of Craig Henley for six (6) years. Among his high-profile cases, Craig has successfully litigated a securities fraud case in the State of Ohio valued at well over one hundred eighty million dollars ($180MM), prosecuted an extensive voter fraud case in the State of Louisiana and represented the State of Arizona Treasurer.

Jennifer Fite is the Lawyer Assistance Programs Director for the State Bar of Arizona. Before joining the Bar, Jennifer had a varied career working primarily in civil litigation, most recently serving as Litigation Attorney and Managing Partner of a small firm. Jennifer has a Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law, Carbondale and received her Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California. She has been licensed to practice in the State of Arizona since 2002 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Supreme Court. She is a past Judge Pro Tempore.

ALEXIS FIREHAWK practices in the areas of community association law, business law, and litigation. She focuses on entity formation and dissolution, securities, general counsel, and civil litigation. Alexis counsels nonprofit and for-profit organizations of all sizes, across industries, regarding business transactions and strategy, capital market transactions, intellectual property disputes, and conflict resolution. Alexis’ practice includes advising companies, boards of directors, and individuals on statutory and regulatory compliance; assisting clients with respect to employment and consulting agreements, contract interpretation and negotiation; and advising clients with regard to compliance with internal policy and procedure. Alexis also represents companies on both sides of civil litigation, bringing affirmative claims and providing litigation defense. Alexis manages the Firm’s summer associate, internship/externship, and mentor programs. She believes that success is inspired by building relationships. Prior to joining the firm, she created corporate policy for global companies and advised on Information Governance and eDiscovery issues including privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Jamie Nicole Stankewicz is the Practice Management Attorney for the State Bar of Arizona. Jamie Nicole practiced complex civil litigation for many years including roles at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, Shulman Rogers Gandal Pordy & Ecker PA, and Schulman Bhattacharya. In her most recent role as Attorney Development Manager at Snell & Wilmer, LLP, she excelled in developing and implementing impactful training programs for attorneys and paraprofessionals. Jamie Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where she graduated with honors and received the Presidential Merit Scholar award. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and International Business from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In addition to Arizona, Jamie Nicole is licensed (though inactive) in Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington D.C and is a Registered CPA in Illinois. Jamie Nicole spent a two-year sabbatical in Guatemala teaching English as a second language.
