Description

This program will focus on the renewable energy market, including a discussion of policy considerations and government incentives to build renewable energy projects, environmental regulation and considerations when developing a renewable energy project, and EPC contracting for renewable energy projects.

What You’ll Learn:

1. Discuss current environmental regulations and other environmental issues impacting renewable projects
2. Discussion of EPC Contract terms unique to renewable energy contracts. Also includes discussion of insurance considerations, including builder’s risk insurance
3. Government incentives to build renewable energy projects and other policy considerations specific to renewable energy

"The presenters selected for this program were each knowledgeable about their respective areas of discussion. It was a diverse panel highlighting the broad range of areas to consider from a legal perspective when dealing with renewable energy projects. I would have liked a reference list for further exploration."
