Description
As the population ages, probate litigation continues to expand. Mediation is a practical, cost-effective and reasonable alternative to probate litigation. In this program, we will explore the factors that can lead to a successful mediation. These factors include: timing of the mediation; selection of the right mediator; preparing your clients and the mediator for the mediation; awareness of possible experts or additional resources that might be needed in the mediation; and understanding the types of people / parties you may engage with in the mediation.
