Description

Swipe Right on smart client choices and learn how to spot red and green flags in legal intake.  What does it mean to choose your clients wisely?  As a legal professional, you most likely have spent your time trying to figure out how to get clients to choose you, not the other way around.  But representation takes two and it should be a good match!  In this fun presentation, we'll explore the art of client selection through the lens of dating apps.  We'll identify the "red flags" that signal potential trouble (this: ghosting on payments, boundary issues or unrealistic expectations) and the "green flags" that suggest a healthy, productive attorney-client relationship.

Participants will learn practical strategies for vetting clients, setting boundaries, and protecting their practice—all while having a little fun with the parallels between dating and legal intake. Come ready to swipe, laugh, and learn!
