Personal Injury Basics

This seminar is useful information for the prosecution and defense of personal injury claims. This seminar will help claimants’ personal injury attorneys in the assessment, investigation and processing of claims. From a defense perspective, this seminar will help in preparing counsel to defend in litigation.  Other issues addressed are financial considerations, including structured settlements or MSAs may be necessary, as well as vital information regarding policies and potential bad faith issues.
