Description

The Nuts and Bolts of Trademark Law is an introduction to U.S. trademark law. The seminar will provide a primer for anyone new to trademark law or who simply requires a refresher on the topic. Topics will include basics of trademark law, trademark prosecution, inter partes proceedings at the USPTO, trademark enforcement, trademark litigation, trademark remedies, and trademark licensing/transactions.

"The seminar itself was good and the speakers were well versed however the materials were only the slides. From a litigation standpoint it would be nice to have a list of landmark or important cases in trademark law."
