Description

The Nuts and Bolts of Copyright Law is an introduction to U.S. copyright law. The seminar will provide a primer for anyone new to copyright law or who simply requires a refresher on the topic. Topics will include basics of copyright law, protecting copyrights, copyright prosecution, enforcement, remedies, as well as licensing and commercializing copyrights.
