Craig Henley is a motivated, personable lawyer with thirty (30) years of trial experience in a variety of forum including, but not limited to, local, state and federal courts in the states of Arizona, Louisiana, Texas and Ohio. Craig is licensed in both the State of Arizona and State of Louisiana (inactive) but has practiced exclusively as Senior Bar Counsel with the State Bar of Arizona for the last eleven (11) years. He has previously served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Louisiana 16th Judicial District Attorney's Office and practiced law with various sized law firms in the State of Arizona. Craig was a partner at the Law Offices of Henley & Hicks and solo practitioner at the Law Office of Craig Henley for six (6) years. Among his high-profile cases, Craig has successfully litigated a securities fraud case in the State of Ohio valued at well over one hundred eighty million dollars ($180MM), prosecuted an extensive voter fraud case in the State of Louisiana and represented the State of Arizona Treasurer.

Denise M. Quinterri focuses her practice on legal ethics and professional responsibility. She formerly served as Bar Counsel for the State Bar of Arizona. She now represents lawyers in State Bar proceedings ("Bar complaints") and applicants in the Character and Fitness process. She also provides expert opinion letters. Ms. Quinterri enjoys presenting at the occasional CLE seminar or conference and is an active member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America© for Ethics and Professional Responsibility and is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell. Ms. Quinterri is highly experienced in lawyer discipline, having personally handled over 500 bar charges. She has represented over 250 applicants to the State Bar in the Character and Fitness process. She understands various aspects of the practice, having worked at a large law firm, a small to mid-size law firm, as a solo attorney, and for a non-profit, quasi-governmental organization.


Chad Allen Anderson Related Seminars and Products


is a solo practitioner and municipal court Judge Pro Tem who has been licensed in Arizona since 2002, Iowa since 1998, and Nevada since 2017. He earned bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa before earning a J.D. from the University of North Dakota and a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity Law and Policy from the University of Maryland. Chad entered the profession in 1998 and six months later unseated a 12-year incumbent for the office of County Attorney in Worth County, Iowa, becoming one of the youngest lawyers in the state’s history to win an elected prosecutor’s office. Snowy winters and convicting bad guys took its toll so he emigrated to Arizona where he found warm winters (good) and a counsel position at a small real estate title company (not as much). After two years of reading loan documents Chad entered into a partnership with a personal injury attorney before striking out on his own in 2005 where he practiced general business law and found a niche litigating copyright infringements and advising clients on data privacy. He currently serves as a Judge Pro Tem on the Tempe Municipal Court and Maricopa County Justice Courts. Mr. Anderson served on the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Committee for 8 years with 2 years as Chair and on the Professional Responsibility (Ethics) Committee from 2011 to 2017. He co-chaired Spring Training for Lawyers twice, served on the Member Assistance Committee and currently mentors attorneys facing substance abuse issues.


Jennifer B Fite Related Seminars and Products

Jennifer Fite is the Lawyer Assistance Programs Director for the State Bar of Arizona. Before joining the Bar, Jennifer had a varied career working primarily in civil litigation, most recently serving as Litigation Attorney and Managing Partner of a small firm. Jennifer has a Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law, Carbondale and received her Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California. She has been licensed to practice in the State of Arizona since 2002 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Supreme Court. She is a past Judge Pro Tempore.

Meredith L. Vivona is the Ethics Counsel for the State Bar of Arizona, where she advises lawyers through the Ethics Hotline, presents ethics related CLE programs, acts as legal advisor to the Fee Arbitration Program, serves on the Ethics Advisory Group and acts as liaison to the Arizona Supreme Court’s Attorney Ethics Advisory Committee. Prior to becoming Ethics Counsel, Meredith served as Practice Management Attorney for Practice 2.0 and the Trust Account Helpline, the State Bar’s confidential practice management and trust account advice program. Before joining the State Bar of Arizona, Meredith served as Independent Bar Counsel, investigating and prosecuting misconduct allegations brought against attorneys, when the Lawyer Regulation Office had a conflict. Part of Meredith’s responsibilities included serving as Acting Disciplinary Counsel for the Commission on Judicial Conduct where she investigated and resolved judicial misconduct complaints. Before serving as IBC, Meredith enjoyed a varied career in private practice, with experience in civil litigation matters throughout the state. Meredith is admitted to practice in Arizona and the U.S. District Court for the State of Arizona. Meredith received her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest Law School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.


Amy Diederich Related Seminars and Products


is a career prosecutor who is passionate about training. Amy routinely conducts training for law enforcement officers and prosecutors across the state of Arizona. Amy is an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law teaching trial advocacy. Amy Currently works as a prosecutor for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. Amy began her career as a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in Phoenix, Arizona. While at Maricopa County, Amy prosecuted a variety of crimes including violent crimes, sexual assaults, and crimes against children. She also worked as a mentor for new prosecutors. In 2015, Amy moved to the Pinal County Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted mostly gang crimes, homicides, and arsons. Amy has also served as a prosecutor at the Gila River Indian Community tribal prosecutor’s office. Amy has received awards from Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) for her work as a prosecutor. She was awarded the 2019 and 2024 Attorney of the Year by the International Association of Arson Investigators Arizona Chapter (IAAI). She is an AZ POST Certified Instructor, Legal Advisor to the Pinal County Arson Task Force, and serves as an Executive Board Member for the Arizona Gang Investigator’s Association. Originally from Kansas, Amy received a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the University of Kansas and graduated from Creighton University School of Law.


Alexis Guanzon Firehawk Related Seminars and Products


ALEXIS FIREHAWK practices in the areas of community association law, business law, and litigation. She focuses on entity formation and dissolution, securities, general counsel, and civil litigation. is an immigration and civil litigation attorney at Schneider & Onofry PC. Ray graduated in 2016 from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, where he was Articles Editor of the Arizona Law Review, earned the Dean’s Achievement Scholarship, and received the Outstanding Performance in Legal Writing Award. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University. In the community, Ray has taught English to refugee children through Community Outreach & Advocacy for Refugees (COAR). His hobbies include gardening, reading, and playing Rummikub.
