Fleming & Curti PLC

Elizabeth Noble Rollings Friman is a principal and licensed fiduciary at Fleming & Curti, PLC. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Elizabeth enjoys estate planning and helping families navigate trust and probate administrations. She is passionate about the fiduciary work that she performs as a trustee, personal representative, guardian, and conservator. Elizabeth works with CPAs, financial professionals, case managers, and medical providers to tailor solutions to complex family challenges. Elizabeth is often called upon to serve as a neutral party so that families can avoid protracted legal conflict. Elizabeth relies on the expertise of her team at Fleming & Curti, and as the Firm approaches its third decade, she is proud of the culture of care and consideration that the Firm embodies. Finding workable solutions to sensitive and complex family challenges is something that Elizabeth and the Fleming & Curti team do well.

A third generation Tucsonan, Elizabeth attended Green Fields Country Day School and earned her law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. Before starting her legal career, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College. Elizabeth was first exposed to the practice of law during her years of work as a legal assistant in the capital markets group of Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP. Elizabeth volunteers her time to a diverse array of community and professional organizations. She is currently serving on the board of TMC Hospital and is the acting chair of the Finance Committee for the Primavera Foundation. She also serves as a board member of the Special Needs Alliance and the Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona. Elizabeth received the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce “40 Under 40 Award” at the age of 32.

Outside of work, Elizabeth treasures her time with husband (and law school classmate) Doug and their goldendoodle, Duncan. She enjoys gardening, spicy food, cold drinks, and paddle boarding along the shores of Lake Tahoe.
