Mr. Eaves is a senior owner and director of the firm. He has been defending doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers in malpractice cases for 16 years. Mr. Eaves is a trial lawyer and regularly defends complex medical cases in Arizona courts. Mr. Eaves is a respected trial attorney and is called upon to represent various governmental entities in high profile cases which are likely to go before a jury. He has been recognized by his peers as a SuperLawyer and as one of America’s Best Attorneys.
- Arizona Malpractice: Mr. Eaves handles cases involving allegations of malpractice against physicians, attorneys and other professionals in Arizona. Mr. Eaves also practices before various professional boards including the Arizona Medical Board and the State Bar of Arizona in matters involving administrative complaints against doctors, lawyers and other professionals.
- Governmental Entities: Mr. Eaves represents the City of Phoenix as well as Maricopa County in medical malpractice cases, personal injury cases, and cases involving allegations of Constitutional violations. Mr. Eaves also has the honor of serving as a special prosecutor in complex criminal prosecutions from time to time.
- Arizona Administrative Law: Mr. Eaves protects the rights of professionals who have been accused of unprofessional conduct in the State of Arizona. He represents Arizona residents as well as others who stand accused of some ethical violation before the Arizona State Bar, the Arizona Medical Board, the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and others.
Paul practices in the areas of significant personal injury, wrongful death, ethics and professional malpractice. He is a partner with Brown, Crowell, and Friedman, PLLC doing business as Accident Law Group™ where is in charge of the firm’s litigation division. He has also litigated LawTiger™ cases since 2022.
He previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Medical and Research Ethics at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and has served as an Adjunct Professor since 2020 at the Arizona State University School of Law. Additionally, he authored the manual and taught attorneys and forensic experts in the Certified Forensic Consultant® program with the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute. Paul is a nationally recognized expert and speaker in the area of bioethics and legal ethics.
He represented the State of Arizona in the tobacco case in which he procured a settlement in Arizona in excess of 3 billion dollars. Recently, he received a $58,500,000 jury verdict award in 2019 which is one of the Top 100 verdicts in the United States and a $2,800,000 medical malpractice jury verdict in 2022.
He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1985. He graduated from California Western School of Law in 1989. He received a post-doctoral master’s degree in bioethics in 2004 from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Paul received a doctorate in philosophy involving business, legal and medical ethics at LaCrosse University in 2006.
Paul is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, the State Bar of Colorado (inactive), the District of Columbia (inactive), the Federal Bar, the United States District Court of Arizona, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Paul is a Board Certified Pre-Trial and Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy/National Board of Legal Specialty Certification and is Board Certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys for Medical Malpractice. Paul is also an Associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates since 2012.
Ronda has focused her law practice on medical negligence cases, from intake to settlement to trial. Most of her work has been working for those who have been injured, by healthcare systems or providers. Prior to attending law school, Ronda was a bedside and home health nurse in Phoenix. Ronda worked as a consultant to hospitals, physicians and individual clients and their families with regard to medical malpractice claims. Ronda enjoys using her love of healthcare to assist clients with their claims. Ronda started as a paralegal and returned to law school in 2001. Ronda received an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, B.S., Nursing, Magna Cum Laude, and her law degree from California Western School of Law in downtown San Diego. Ronda enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and being with friends and family.
Dr. Steve Blank is a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant with BLANK Structured Settlements. Dr. Blank began his career as a chiropractic physician and continues to provide expert witness consulting services for complex liability cases involving orthopedic and neurological litigation. In addition to working in the medical-legal arena for more than 25 years, he also gained invaluable market insight, working as an equities trader for a securities firm. He has provided medical-legal and financial settlement consulting services to law firms, carriers, and Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Dr. Blank is commonly engaged by both plaintiff and defense counsel, serving both liability and workers' comp claims. His dual backgrounds in healthcare and finance give him a unique perspective. Dr. Blank graduated from the National University of Health Sciences receiving a B.S. degree in Human Biology and then a Doctorate in Chiropractic. He became a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant through training at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
