Description

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) have become essential aspects of corporate culture and legal practice, shaping the way companies and law firms operate.  As the gatekeepers of legal services, in-house attorneys have a unique opportunity to advance DEI principles both within their organizations and in their collaboration with outside counsel.  By leveraging their influence and fostering an environment of openness and understanding, in-house attorneys can lead the charge in promoting DEI in the workplace and legal profession.

This panel will discuss the various ways in-house counsel attorneys can work towards improving DEI within their companies and with their outside firms.
