Learning to Utilize the Certified Arbitrator Program, Fair Limits Proceeding, and Other Civil Practice Innovations

Learn how our civil courts have adapted to COVID-19.  In particular, the panel will explore the use of the Certified Arbitrator Program and Fair Limits Proceeding in Maricopa County, as well as other innovations necessitated by the pandemic, some of which may become permanent fixtures in civil practice. The panel includes attorneys and judges who were instrumental in creating and implementing these changes.
