Corey B. Daren Layton is an attorney with the law firm Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall LLP in Tucson, Arizona where he assists clients in creating and implementing personalized estate plans, navigating income, gift and estate tax issues, business succession matters, and charitable planning. In addition to lifetime planning, Daren assists clients with probate and trust administration matters. Daren earned a B.S. in Accountancy (2007) and a M.S. in Taxation (2008) from Arizona State University, and a Juris Doctor (2012) from the University of Arizona. Daren is also a certified public accountant.
