Description

ChatGPT and other generative artificial intelligence (AI) have taken the world by storm.  This presentation will provide an overview of these technologies and will delve into intellectual property issues surrounding their provision and use.  Topics will include IP ownership, copyright infringement, fair use, recent cases, confidentiality, trade secrets, and inventorship of AI-generated ideas.
