Part 3:
Legal professionals must manage hundreds of tasks, deadlines and statute of limitation dates related to multiple matters or cases. We receive information from meetings, interviews, depositions, telephone calls, website inquiries, instant messages, social media, as well as through very high volumes of emails every day. Prioritizing these deadlines and achieving work life balance requires that you have the proper tools and processes in place. Most legal professionals have the tools, but totally lack a methodology to process all this information. In this interactive session, you will learn how to build a master task list that captures everything that you must do, so those items never get lost. We will get our hands dirty and focus on how to use Microsoft Outlook and other tools that your organization uses to manage tasks and deadlines. Finally, we will teach you a method for daily planning, weekly planning and project forecasting that will vastly improve your work life balance and level of organization.
