Amy Guldner has been a civil litigator for over 25 years, primarily practicing product liability defense. She started her career at Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix office where she practiced for several years before moving to Snell’s Orange County office. She then went to Morgan Lewis & Bockius before leaving Big Law in 2010 to help launch Montage Legal Group, a network of freelance attorneys. After finding her own life-changing freedom from alcohol in 2020, Amy became a certified coach focusing on alcohol, mindset, and well-being. She founded Reframing Alcohol and Reframing Well-Being, and she is also now the head coach at Euphoric AF. Wanting to reach more people (especially those who may be stuck like she was), she started speaking and has now given talks on alcohol and other well-being topics to attorneys and legal staff in the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

"I appreciate the tools included with the materials. I would also have liked a written version of the background data that was covered."

"She is an excellent speaker and gave clear examples of the theories for getting past depression. She also provided websites that could be accessed for self evaluation. Finally, she recommended various tools that could be used to improve mental health. My "drug" is over-eating, but I see it as the same thing as alcohol consumption."
