Description

For legal professionals, the combination of year-end deadlines, holiday obligations, financial pressures, and shorter days can heighten anxiety, depression, and burnout.  In this program, Amy Guldner will share lessons from her own story on the dangers of unhealthy coping mechanisms, and she will discuss how we can leverage tools from positive psychology to not only meet our psychological needs but flourish.

Amy Guldner has been a civil litigator for over 25 years, primarily practicing product liability defense. She started her career at Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix office where she practiced for several years before moving to Snell’s Orange County office. She then went to Morgan Lewis & Bockius before leaving Big Law in 2010 to help launch Montage Legal Group, a network of freelance attorneys. After finding her own life-changing freedom from alcohol in 2020, Amy became a certified coach focusing on alcohol, mindset, and well-being. She founded Reframing Alcohol and Reframing Well-Being, and she is also now the head coach at Euphoric AF. Wanting to reach more people (especially those who may be stuck like she was), she started speaking and has now given talks on alcohol and other well-being topics to attorneys and legal staff in the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
