Description

Please join the Appellate Practice Section for a special program about amicus curiae practice in Arizona’s state and federal courts.  This CLE will provide practical guidance for utilizing and providing amicus support.  The panel will offer an overview of the rules, procedures, and best practices for amicus curiae advocacy, including guidance on soliciting and coordinating amicus support, writing strong amicus briefs, and participating in oral argument as amicus.
