Kacey W

"Clear and concise. "

Anthony H

"Well delivered and organized, but would have been nice to see more material covered."

Cid K

"From the name of the CLE I expected there would be a greater focus on online reviews as it relates to law offices. The good, the bad, pitfalls etc."

Anette B

"Nice overview that will be handy to have on file."

Cortland S

"There was too much material to cover in one hour. This should have been split into two or scheduled as a longer seminar. Additionally, the chat feature was disabled, so participants could not respond to speakers or ask questions."

Lora P

"The handouts and examples were good. I just wish the webinar was longer, with examples of statements made by employees and customers--more tactical advice."
