Program provides an introduction to public international law. Topics include:

  • Sources, actors, and institutions of international law; and the application of international law by domestic courts and international tribunals.  
  • International crimes, international human rights and the use of force, international environmental law, trade and investment, and international business transactions.   

The webinar is beginner course for those attorneys who have no knowledge of international law.  A particular emphasis of this course will be the use of international law in domestic litigation. We hope you can join us!
