The Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section has assembled a knowledgeable and experienced panel to review recent developments in environmental law. Attorneys will discuss and present information on current and forthcoming environmental law and regulatory activities within the following four areas – Air, Waste, Energy and Water. In this ever-changing field, we intend to provide participants with snap shots into several sectors of environmental law. Participants will leave with information on, and the resources to continuing learning about, a wide variety of current and forthcoming developments relating to environmental law.
