Fashion Law and IP Hot Topics 2025

Description: Dupes, tariffs, and counterfeit products--we are in a new age of fashion, and the potential for intellectual property issues abound!  Please join for a 1-hour virtual general CLE on several hot topics in the fashion world as they relate to intellectual property. This is a great class for those who may not be full-time IP practitioners, but still want to be aware of new issues to look out for and be familiar with. 

Faculty: Anne Bolamperti serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at DISH Network, LLC.  She is a copyright litigator who focuses specifically on anti-piracy of media content.  She serves as an active Board Member of the IP Section of the Arizona State Bar.
