This introductory series is designed as a resource for new family law practitioners.  Nicole Siqueiros-Stoutner, Sheldon-Siqueiros-Stoutner, and Claudia Work, Scottsdale Family Law, PLLC, will cover the definition and application in practice of the Uniform Child Custody and Jurisdiction Enforcement Act (UCCJEA).
