Andrea Burnett O'Neill Related Seminars and Products
is the managing partner at Becker & House, PLLC, and practices primarily in the area of trust and estate litigation. Andrea represents both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in every type of trust and estate controversy, with a particular focus on financial exploitation of vulnerable adults, undue influence, and other will contests. Additionally, Andrea’s practice involves complex trust and estate administration where litigation is anticipated or ongoing. Andrea serves on the board of the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Andrea is a co-author of ARIZONA PROBATE AND TRUST ADMINISTRATION AND LITIGATION WITH FORMS (Matthew Bender ed., 2023). Additionally, she regularly speaks on issues related to professional responsibility and is a guest lecturer at Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Andrea attended Wake Forest University in North Carolina where she received her B.A. magna cum laude in 2014. She proceeded to attend Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where she received her J.D. cum laude in 2017.
