Lynda C. Shely, is an Arizona partner in Rosing, Pott & Strohbehn (RPS), in partnership with Zelms Erlich Lenkov, where she provides legal ethics and Alternative Business Structure (ABS) law firm regulatory advice to lawyers and law firms. Lynda was the 2020 – 2023 chair of the ABA Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility, an Arizona Delegate in the ABA House of Delegates, and currently volunteers with several other nonbillable groups involved in legal ethics matters, including as a member of the Arizona Supreme Court’s Alternative Business Structures Committee, the Arizona Supreme Court’s Steering Committee on AI and the Courts, the ABA Standing Committee on Professional Regulation, and the State Bar of Arizona Ethics Advisory Group. She is a past president of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers, the National ABS Law Firm Association, and the Scottsdale Bar Association and has been an adjunct professor at all Arizona law schools, teaching professional responsibility. Before joining RPS she had her own solo practice for 21 years. Prior to opening her own firm, she was the Director of Lawyer Ethics for the State Bar of Arizona. Lynda started out as an attorney with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington, DC. Lynda received her BA from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA and her JD from Catholic University in Washington, DC. She has received several awards for her contributions to the legal profession including most recently the 2022 Maricopa County Bar Association Member of the Year Award, the 2023 Maricopa County Bar Hall of Fame, and the 2024 Arizona Women Lawyers’ Association Sarah Herring Sorin Award.

He concentrates his practice on the defense of attorneys in malpractice and disciplinary matters. Mr. Wilson served as a Judge Pro Tem on the Maricopa County Superior Court bench for over twenty years, and is a past president of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. He is also a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel and is certified in legal malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. Mr. Wilson was selected by his peers as a Best Lawyer in legal malpractice in 2011-2019 and has been named Lawyer of the Year for legal malpractice defense by Best Lawyers in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020. He has also been nominated as a Southwest Superlawyer in legal malpractice for multiple years, from 2019 to the present. Mr. Wilson was featured as a Top Lawyer by Phoenix Magazine in its September 2023 edition. Mr. Wilson is a Sun Devil, having completed his undergraduate education and obtained his law degree at Arizona State University. Kimberly Sharr Tirrell Related Seminars and Products
Kimberly Tirrell is an Assistant Bureau Chief, Deputy County Attorney, with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Ms. Tirrell handles prosecution for dangerous complex cases. She is the co-coordinator of the CGIC/NIBIN group within the County Attorney’s Office. In 2019 she was named both East Division Attorney of the Year and as Maricopa County-Prosecutor of the Year. Ms. Tirrell has been a member of the Arizona Women’s Lawyer Association since 2014. She was appointed to the Ethics Advisory Group-State Bar of Arizona in August of 2022. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Missouri.
