Ryan Joseph McCarthy Related Seminars and Products


Ryan McCarthy is an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of Arizona prosecuting in the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Section. After graduating from the Sandra Day O' Connor of Law, Ryan served as a judicial clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals. After his clerkship, he spent five years prosecuting at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office in the East Valley Trial Group and the Repeat Offenders Bureau. Before joining the U.S. Attorney's Office, Ryan spent two years serving as a Policy Advisor at the Arizona Corporation Commission. Ryan has served over the last three years as a member of the Ethics Advisory Group of the State Bar of Arizona.

Ryan Green has been a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office since October of 2001. During the course of his career, he has worked in several different positions or bureaus. His assignments ranged from misdemeanors to capital murder cases, with a substantial portion of his career prosecuting criminal street and prison gang members. After heading up the office’s training function, Ryan moved into a supervisory role. He is currently the Division Chief of the Special Prosecution I Division which includes the Capital Litigation, Homicide, Vehicular Crimes and Gang Bureaus. Ryan regularly trains and advises on topics pertaining to prosecutorial ethics as well as related issues in the use of informants and accomplices. He has served on a number of prosecution and criminal justice related committees.


Richard J Parker Related Seminars and Products


RJ Parker has worked with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office since 2008. Throughout his time, RJ has worked in several units representing individuals charged with various felony offenses. In 2014 he was assigned to the Capital Unit, where he works as part of a team appointed to protect the rights of individuals facing a possible death sentence. RJ regularly presents on various topics that cover constitutional protections for accused in criminal cases, all areas the criminal trial process and attorney professionalism.
