In this program, we will explore the legal, statutory and documentary framework for basic estate planning, including exploring various non-probate transfer options for clients with modest means, as well as touching on the administration of decedent's estates.
Topics will include an overview of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorneys and living wills.
This program is intended to provide the attendees with a foundational knowledge to aid in the preparation of estate planning documents and assistance with probate administration.
