"Excellent overview of practice which is related to my practice, but where I do not wish to go."

"Great information about important topic."

Jacqueline F

"Presenters condensed a ton of information into one hour."

Jeremy K

"This is one of my favorites - confirmed some questions I've had and also gave me insight into a few future changes. Appreciate the good pace and would enjoy seeing a more in-depth one from you btoh."

Scott H

"No forms were included in the written materials. For example, the speakers discussed specific language they recommend in a financial power of attorney, and yet they don't even bother to provide that language or other forms in the materials. Either they don't want to give away their work product, or they simply didn't take the time to prepare some forms that the attendees could refer to. The person arranging the CLE from the bar should have insisted the speakers do so."

Tracey D

"Content was full of useful information and presented in a clear manner."

Bailey W

"This is a very important topic that some estate planning attorneys may not think about or know how to deal with on a daily basis, but it is also a very important aspect of estate planning. It is also nice to have attorneys that are very competent in this specific area. So I found it very helpful."
