DAVID F. GOMEZ is the founding partner of Gomez & Petitti, P.C., a Phoenix labor and employment law firm (established 1985) that represents employees, employee associations and organizations, and employers in civil litigation and administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies. The firm also counsels clients on personnel policies, restrictive covenants, and a wide array of state and federal compliance laws. Mr. Gomez was awarded B.A. (philosophy) and M.A. (theology) degrees from St. Paul’s College, Washington, D.C. (1965, 1968), and his J.D. degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law (1974). Otto is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and holds an L.L.M. in Taxation from Boston University. He served as an author and editor for the Boston University Journal of Tax Law in 1987.
