This seminar explores the legal, practical, and organizational considerations essential to supporting a neurodiverse workplace. Participants will gain a clear understanding of terminology related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), the legal protections afforded to employees with ASD under federal and state law, and how to navigate leave issues for individuals with ASD or their caregivers. The program also highlights the strengths and advantages that neurodivergent professionals bring to the workplace, offering strategies for creating inclusive, high-performing environments that benefit both employees and employers.
