Description

Improving advocacy skills for Arizona construction lawyers is the focus of this Spring's Construction Law Section program. The half-day program will cover a wide range of topics, including:
 

 

  • Advice from top mediators on writing effective mediation briefs and settlement conference letters
  • Asserting claims against design professionals (even if Donnelly is no longer good law) 
  • Tips from Superior Court judges on how to best present specialized construction law issues (especially in motion practice) 
  • Thorny issues when drafting settlement agreements in construction cases
  •  Untangling the confusing and often conflicting web of Arizona prompt pay cases
