In this program, legal writing professors and a superior court judge will help you fine-tune your persuasive writing skills. The program will cover topics such as:
 

 

  • How understanding behavioral psychology and cognitive load theory can help you make more impactful choices in your writing.
  • How understanding your purpose and audience makes for more persuasive briefs.
  • How adding advanced persuasive techniques to your writing can lead to more effective writing.
