Description

This seminar is being presented live in-person only and will not be recorded.

More than two decades have passed since digging for digital evidence became required work for lawyers. E-Discovery has evolved since then. New technologies have spawned new data repositories. Judicial attitudes are shifting -- reshaping case strategies. If you aren’t keeping up, you may be wasting your time and your clients’ money. (And irritating the judges.) Get current! Join us for a practical e-Discovery seminar with CLE credits for ethics.

Speaker:
Ira Victor, Chief Forensic Analyst, Discovery Technician

About the speaker:
Ira Victor will appear in person, with generous time for Q&A. Ira has spent more than 25 years in the field of digital forensics. He’s been called to work on cases involving contract disputes, embezzlement, medical malpractice, real estate fraud, labor disputes - even homicides. In recent years ransomware attacks have also occupied his time.  Ira is a consultant and disclosed expert in litigation. He helped craft state statutes that specify standards for data security and privacy.
