Description

Tired of wondering if your fee agreements are doing what they’re supposed to? Join us for a dynamic, in-person only, two-hour CLE that goes beyond the basics and gives you the tools—and the time—to get it right.

In the first hour, our Practice Management Attorneys will walk you through the essential elements of a strong, ethical fee agreement. You’ll learn what must be included, what to avoid, and how to protect both your practice and your clients.  Then, we’ll break into small groups for a hands-on workshop. Each group will be led by a Practice Management Attorney who will help you review real-world provisions, answer your specific questions, and offer practical feedback tailored to your needs.  Please note all participants will sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure that any information shared in the workshop remains confidential.

Whether you're drafting from scratch or fine-tuning your current agreements, this session will leave you with greater confidence and clarity. Don’t miss this opportunity to sharpen your skills and strengthen your practice—sign up today!

Presenters:
Jennifer Fite, Lawyer Assistance Programs Director, State Bar of Arizona
Jamie Nicole Stankewicz, Practice Management Attorney, State Bar of Arizona

Note - this is an in-person, interactive workshop.  The first hour of lecture will be recorded and available for OnDemand purchase after the seminar concludes.  The second hour which will be held for the hands-on workshop will not be recorded.  Attendance is limited to 16 participants.
