This introductory series covers real property practice for new lawyers and those new to the practice area.
Topics for this session will include:

  • Role of Counsel in Real Estate Transactions and Litigation
  • Purchase & Sale and Option Agreements
  • Basic Real Estate Due Diligence


Note: The Basic Commercial Real Estate Practice Series will be held twice each year (Spring and Fall) for one-half day, yielding three hours of CLE Credit broken into three one-hour presentations.
