Janet Linton is a trial attorney with over 17 years of experience in the area of civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, property damage and commercial litigation.

Janet was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She attended Georgetown University and studied abroad at Trinity University in Dublin, Ireland. She earned her undergraduate degree in 2001. She served as a fellow through the Georgetown Public Interest Fellowship Program in Boston for two years. She came back to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers School of Law and earned her law degree in 2006.

Janet has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona Civil Practice and Procedure Committee since 2019 to the present. She was the past board chair for Emerge Center against Domestic Abuse, and continues to serve as a board member. She is a former member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court.

Janet is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court and all Arizona state courts. Janet has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for from 2012 through 2019 and has received an AV Preeminent ® rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
