Scott Ambrose is an trial attorney, having litigated hundreds of complex personal injury and commercial matters in State and Federal Court. His practice focuses primarily on Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Insurance Bad Faith, Civil Rights, and Wrongful Death matters. Scott has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. For thirty years his practice has emphasized the litigation and resolution of matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, toxic torts, civil rights, commercial litigation, and domestic relations. He has successfully completed over twenty jury and bench trials in courts throughout Arizona. Mr. Ambrose is Rated AV Preeminent with Martindale Hubbell. He is also identified as a Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Arizona by the National Trial Lawyers Association and is recognized as a Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Ambrose has been recognized by his peers as a Best Lawyer in America.

Mr. Ambrose has considerable experience handling personal injury matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, as well as successfully managing numerous complex, multi-party and multi-issue lawsuits to completion. Additionally, he has significant appellate experience having successfully briefed and/or argued cases to all Arizona Appellate Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Ambrose is a long-term Arizona resident. He obtained his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University in 1986 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1989. He has a long tradition of serving his community and the State Bar of Arizona. Scott has served on the Arizona Rules Committee and has chaired the Membership Assistance Committee for the Arizona State Bar. When he is not helping his clients, Scott enjoys being outdoors with his family, writing fiction, and cooking.
