Sara Presler Related seminars and products


Sara Presler is an attorney and strategic leader in the cannabis industry. In Arizona, she's worked with Mohave Cannabis Co. and other brands since 2015. Prior to this, Sara was twice elected Mayor of Flagstaff, Arizona and was the youngest person and first woman to ever hold the office. She as General Counsel for a global wind turbine company and CEO of a medical company responsible for patient billing, industry publications, and physician credentialing. Sara was selected as CEO of the Arizona Foundation for Women and guided the nonprofit to earn a landmark grant from the NFL Foundation. She started her career as a public defender and adjunct business law instructor at Northern Arizona University and Coconino Community College. She's been licensed to practice law since 2005 in Arizona, and was licensed at one time with the Hopi Tribe and Hualapai Tribe. Sara loves spending time with her family, especially her children.

Mike Trowbridge is an attorney and the Director of Compliance for Mohave Cannabis Co. Mike joined Mohave Cannabis Co. in December 2020, just in time to see the rollout of Arizona's Adult Use program. Prior to this, Mike worked as a litigation associate at Shorall McGoldrick Brinkmann, focusing on construction defect and insurance defense cases, and worked as an Attorney-Advisor and decision writer for the Social Security Administration at the Phoenix hearing office. Mike graduated 2nd in his class at Arizona Summit Law School and was admitted to the Arizona bar in June 2014, after successfully passing the 'early' bar exam in his 3L year of law school. After graduating, Mike had a wonderful year clerking for Judge Patricia K. Norris at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and is a magnet enthusiast.
