Tara Williams is a Senior Associate at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, where she represents clients in the science and technology sector in corporate immigration matters, assisting foreign workers through the US permanent residency process. Tara obtained her JD from Arizona State University in 2013 and has been practicing in business immigration law in the Phoenix area since then.

Juan C. Flamand is a partner at Fragomen focusing his practice on employment based immigration matters. He is a graduate of the Arizona State Bar Leadership Institute and is a former Chair of the Arizona State Bar Immigration section. He currently serves on AILA’s USCIS Operations Committee as well as the Business Section Steering Committee.

Rachel Bus has been practicing exclusively in the area of immigration law since 2007. Rachel has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© each year since 2021, in the field of Immigration Law. In 2025, Rachel became the sole owner of Brelje & Bus Immigration Law, P.C. and serves as the firm’s Managing Attorney.
Rachel graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2001 with a B.A. in Latin American Studies and earned her J.D. from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law in 2007. Prior to attending law school, Rachel served as a Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Ecuador, South America. Rachel is a member of the Texas Bar, the International Medical Graduate Taskforce and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
While growing up, Rachel’s father worked as an international student advisor and the Designated School Official (DSO) at a few universities and colleges. This served as Rachel’s introduction into the world of visas and was a major factor in her decision to pursue a career in immigration law.
