Christina Noyes is a partner with Spencer Fane, LLP, a law firm with 28 offices serving a broad bench of industries and practices. As part of her practice, she guides businesses and nonprofits through matters related to formation, legal opinions on formation and authority, contracts with vendors and customers, mergers and acquisitions, and certain self-insurance trust agreements. She also represents franchisors and franchisees in franchise, corporate, and intellectual property law, providing adept counsel at every stage of business development while proactively anticipating and resolving potential disputes to maximize profitability and growth. Christina has been practicing law since 1996. Prior to attending law school at Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law, Christina worked as a certified public accountant at a Big Six accounting firm in Cincinnati, Ohio, gaining advantageous skills in complex financial and operational planning. She draws on this experience in her legal practice to curate optimal strategies for success, helping businesses navigate numerous, concurrent obstacles to meet specific objectives and regulatory requirements. Christina has served several officer roles with the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona. For her charitable endeavors, she supports several Arizona animal rescue organizations by fostering animals, with the goal of saving one animal at a time.

Brandon J. Kavanagh is a Partner/Member with the firm of Mangum, Wall, Stoops & Warden, PLLC, which has existed in Flagstaff since 1955. Brandon was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1999, having been admitted to practice law in Maryland in 1997. After growing up in Flagstaff, Brandon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University with honors in 1994. He earned his law degree from George Washington University School of Law in 1997. He worked with the firm as an associate attorney from 1999-2005 before moving to Phoenix to work with Gust Rosenfeld PLC as an associate and then as a Partner. In July 2010, he returned to the firm as a Partner to raise his family where he was born and raised. Brandon focuses his legal practice on business law, real estate, and public law matters. He also has experience in litigation, trusts and estates, and employment law. Brandon was the Chair of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona for 2008-2009 and is currently a Member at Large of the Business Law Section Executive Committee.
