Description

For the first half of the session, Members of the Animal Law Section, and practitioners in the areas of Estate Planning and Family Law will discuss how animals are addressed in various situations. The second part of the session will highlight current and proposed programs in the court system where comfort animals are being use more and more frequently with good results.
