Description

This Program Has Been Cancelled.

This one-day boot camp training program for new legal professionals featuring trial lawyers from across Arizona.

The St. Valentine’s Day Massacre is the name given to the ghastly murders of six members and a companion of the North Side Chicago Gang on Friday, February 14, 1929. The crime occurred as part of the vicious conflict between Moran and Capone, and their gangs.

But as you may know there was never an indictment or trial relating to this heinous crime. Theories abound about who were responsible. Some to this very day say it was Capone. Others point to different perpetrators.

This trial will put to rest, one way or the other, whether Al Capone planned this horrific crime.

Training topics include:

  • Opening statements
  • Direct examination
  • Cross examination, and
  • Closing arguments

*Program Agenda can be found in the handouts tab.

Co-Chairs:
Paul McGoldrick, Shorall McGoldrick
