Where do we go when we die?

While the program faculty will stop short of making theological assertions, participants in this webinar will explore the laws governing the creation, validation, and execution of Health Care Power of Attorney documents that include provisions related to organ donation, with a deep cut (no pun intended) into organ donation facts, figures, and misconceptions. Participants will learn about the realities and legalities of organ donation and how to best advise clients in making an informed decision.

is an attorney at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. and practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration with a focus on making the experience pleasant and educational for her clients.
Prior to starting with Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., Ashley owned a successful law practice for six years. She is experienced in assisting individuals and families in the creation of estate planning documents while educating her clients about the function and necessity of each, in addition to managing the legal procedures associated with probate and trust administration until the distribution of final assets has been completed.
While beginning her practice, Ashley was an adjunct law professor at Lamson College in Tempe, Arizona, where she taught courses in Estate Planning, Legal Research and Writing, Real Property, and Criminal Law to paralegal students.
Following graduation from Chapman University School of Law, in Orange, California, Ashley worked in Washington, D.C. teaching electronic legal research techniques to judges, attorneys, and paralegals at numerous federal government agencies including the Pentagon, the Executive Office of the President, the Senate, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the United States Army and Air Force, in classes ranging from one to over 500 attendees.
Ashley is licensed to practice law in Arizona and as a graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business program, is also an avid Sun Devil fan.
