This is a simulcast group-viewing at our Tucson Office.

Join us for a comprehensive overview of our state’s alcohol laws. We will focus on the licensing process and compliance, including recent legislative and policy changes.  We will also review hemp beverages from federal and state perspectives and how they fit into the alcohol regulatory scheme.

Camila Alarcon has dedicated the last two decades of her legal career to the licensing and the regulatory landscapes of the alcohol and hospitality industries, and now practices exclusively in this area. She works with a wide range of producers, wholesalers, trade groups, and retail establishments, and prepares her clients to navigate the complex procedures and rules of federal, state, and local agencies. She also assists her clients in shaping legislative policy when current statutes and rules require amending.
