Description
This program will discuss practice tips and the applicable rules in preparing for and handling witnesses in state and federal courts, arbitral forums, and administrative agencies. The program draws on the perspective of a labor and employment practitioner and will highlight differences among the forums as it relates to preparing for and handling direct and cross examinations.

Michael Christopher Grubbs Related Seminars and Products
is the senior counsel, Labor & Employment for Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, Arizona. Grubbs serves as a member of the Office of the General Counsel and advises on human resources, privacy, and security-related legal issues for Raytheon, among other duties. Raytheon Company, which has 63,000 employees worldwide, is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, civil government and cybersecurity solutions. Prior to joining Raytheon, Grubbs practiced labor and employment law for 10 years with several law firms, representing management on a variety of labor and employment law issues. Grubbs earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona and a bachelor's degree in journalism from Utah State University.
